CheapFlightWorld acts solely as an independent travel agency/intermediary between you ("User," "Passenger," or "Customer") and third-party transportation providers, including commercial airlines, flight aggregators, and Global Distribution Systems (GDS) (collectively, "Travel Suppliers").
Intermediary Status: CheapFlightWorld does not own, operate, or control any aircraft or flight services. Your flight is subject to the specific terms, conditions, and tariffs of the operating airline.
Airline Contract of Carriage: When you book a flight through us, a direct contract is established between you and the operating airline under that airline’s Contract of Carriage.
- Payment Authorization: By providing payment details, you authorize CheapFlightWorld and/or its payment processors to charge the total agreed amount, including airfare, government taxes, airport fees, and applicable agency service fees.
- Non-Refundable Agency Fees: Service fees, convenience fees, and booking fees charged directly by CheapFlightWorld are non-refundable, regardless of whether the airline ticket itself is refundable or canceled.
- Credit Card Chargebacks: You agree not to file fraudulent credit card chargebacks. In the event of a dispute, you agree to contact CheapFlightWorld customer support first to resolve the issue amicably.
Airline Rules Apply
All ticket modifications, exchanges, cancellations, and refund requests are governed strictly by the fare rules set by the airline operating your flight.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy (US Flights)
For flights originating in or departing to the United States booked at least 7 days in advance, you may cancel your reservation within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, subject to airline terms and CheapFlightWorld’s administrative processing rules.
Airline Schedule Changes & Cancellations
CheapFlightWorld is not responsible for flight delays, schedule alterations, flight cancellations, equipment changes, or lost connections implemented directly by airlines.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds granted by airlines can take up to 1-2 billing cycles to process and appear on your payment statement.
Passenger Responsibility: It is the sole responsibility of the passenger to ensure they hold valid government-issued photo identification, passports, transit visas, entry visas, and required health/vaccination certifications.
Passport Validity: For all international flights connected to the US, passports generally must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your intended date of return.
Secure Flight Data (TSA Compliance): Passengers must provide accurate full names, dates of birth, and genders in compliance with the US Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Secure Flight program. CheapFlightWorld is not liable for boarding denials resulting from incomplete or inaccurate passenger data.
Baggage Allowances: Baggage allowances, weight limits, size restrictions, and fees for checked or carry-on luggage are determined exclusively by the operating airlines and are not controlled by CheapFlightWorld.
Multiple Airline Itineraries: If your trip involves multiple operating carriers, baggage fees and allowance policies may differ for each segment of your journey.
Engaging in prohibited practices may result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation by the airline or CheapFlightWorld without a refund, forfeiture of frequent flyer points, and potential civil liability.
CheapFlightWorld shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of your travel or use of our Services.
CheapFlightWorld is not responsible for acts of God, weather disruptions, labor strikes, civil unrest, government restrictions, terror threats, or airline insolvencies/bankruptcies.
In any event, CheapFlightWorld’s total cumulative liability shall not exceed the total agency service fees paid by you to CheapFlightWorld for the specific transaction in question.
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Arbitration & Class Action Waiver: Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to your use of CheapFlightWorld shall be settled through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), rather than in court. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
